Why Our Cacao?

Ingredients:

Organic Peruvian cacao (Theobroma cacao), Organic Peruvian maca (Lepidium meyenii), Organic reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Damiana (Turnera diffusa), Rose (Rosa centifolia)

Preparation for One Person:

Heat two to three heaping teaspoons of cacao in approximately 200 ml of plant-based milk (it is important that heat helps release all the beneficial compounds from the herbs and roots).

You can also pour hot milk over the Women’s Cacao and let the herbs steep for about 5 minutes.
