According to our general terms and conditions, purchased products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be undamaged and in their original quality.

We process complaints in the order they are received. The package must include a free-form written request, the invoice number, and, if necessary, details for a refund. Please submit your complaints via Packeta shipping company to the address below. Refunds are issued within 14 days.
