Why Our Cacao?
In addition to being simply delicious in taste, Women’s Cacao itself is one of the richest sources of natural antioxidants. Antioxidants are substances that protect the body’s cells and neutralize free radicals, which are harmful to our bodies.
Cacao also contains a high amount of magnesium, helping to prevent menstrual cramps, reduce fatigue, and support relaxation — and when combined with herbs and adaptogens, it becomes the perfect feminine elixir.
Ingredients:
Organic Peruvian cacao (Theobroma cacao), Organic Peruvian maca (Lepidium meyenii), Organic reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Damiana (Turnera diffusa), Rose (Rosa centifolia)
Preparation for One Person:
Heat two to three heaping teaspoons of cacao in approximately 200 ml of plant-based milk (it is important that heat helps release all the beneficial compounds from the herbs and roots).
After a few minutes, strain the cacao through a sieve and sweeten to taste.
Quick Preparation:
You can also pour hot milk over the Women’s Cacao and let the herbs steep for about 5 minutes.
