Ingredients: Alchemilla vulgaris (Alchemilla vulgaris)
Alchemilla can be used by women in the period before menstruation, as it is reported to have a beneficial effect on menstrual comfort. It contributes to normal digestion and refreshes the body. It helps maintain the normal condition of joints and muscles.
Preparation:
Pour boiling water over the dry matter. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of dry matter to one 2.5 dcl cup, let steep for 8-10 minutes and serve after straining.
