Volume: 5 products
Dosage of tinctures: 3x a day 15-25 drops. We recommend adding the tincture to water.
Dosage of teas: Tea is drunk 1 to 2 times a day. For one 2.5 dcl cup, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture, let it steep for 8-10 minutes and serve after straining.
Usage: Always before meals
