Preparation:
- Stew approximately one lotus head in 250ml of water for 5-10 minutes. Keep in mind that with a longer steeping time, the tea will acquire a bitter taste and lose its naturally sweet touch.
- Lotus bath: Boil 1 handful /approx. 8 flowers/ for approx. 10 minutes. In 1 liter of water and add to bath.
