Ingredients: Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica), common fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), alfalfa (Medicago sativa), smooth liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), spearmint (Mentha spicata), centifolia rose (Rosa centifolia), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graeceum)
Preparation: Pour boiling water over the herbal tea. Add 1-2 tsp of the mixture to one 2.5 dcl cup and let it steep for 8-10 minutes. Serve the tea 1 to 2 times a day. Also suitable as a 6-week treatment, when the tea is served 3-4 times a day, always before meals. Always prepare the infusion fresh. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
