Ingredients: Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Holy basil/ TULSI (Ocimum sanctum)
Preparation: Pour boiling water over the herbal tea. Add 1-2 tsp of the mixture to one 2.5 dcl cup and let it steep for 8-10 minutes. Serve the tea 1 to 2 times a day. Also suitable as a treatment for a period of 6 weeks, when the tea is served 3-4 times a day, always before meals. Always prepare the infusion fresh. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
