Steaming Blend – Gentle Birth

Pour approximately 15g of herbs into a sufficiently large pot. Then pour one and a half liters of hot water, cover with a lid and cook gently for 10 minutes.

Let it cool to a temperature that is comfortable for you for steaming. Place the pot under the steaming chair on a mat or a stable stand (choose the height of the stand as needed), but be careful not to get burned by the steam. Remove the lid from the pot, sit on a chair and cover yourself with a cloak (or use a pillow with a cover) to prevent the steam from escaping. Choose the steaming time according to your feeling, from 5 to 25 minutes.
