Who is the mixture intended for?

We recommend it for women after vaginal birth after the bleeding has stopped and for women after cesarean section after the six-month period. The mixture is suitable for the following twelve months after childbirth.

Instructions for preparation and dosage:

Pour approximately 15g of herbs into a sufficiently large pot. Then pour one and a half liters of hot water, cover with a lid and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Let it cool to a temperature that is comfortable for you to steam. Place the pot under the steaming chair on a mat or a stable stand (choose the height of the stand as needed), but be careful not to get burned by the steam. Remove the lid from the pot, sit on the chair and cover yourself with a cloak (or use a pillow with a cover) to prevent the steam from escaping. Choose the steaming time according to your preference, from 5 to 25 minutes.
